JOB SUMMARY:
The Agency is assisting Indoor Elements Mechanical in the recruitment of a Refrigeration Technician(Journeyman or 3rd Year Apprentice) to join their team in response to a growing workload.

This role is ideal for a skilled Journeyman or motivated Apprentice who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering exceptional service across both residential and commercial HVAC systems. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC systems
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of HVAC equipment
Repair or replace defective components (compressors, motors, controls, etc.)
Install new HVAC systems and complete retrofits on existing equipment
Maintain accurate documentation of service visits, materials used, and work completed
Communicate clearly with team members to support efficient scheduling and customer service
Follow all safety protocols, company procedures, and industry standards
Interact with customers in a courteous, professional manner, explaining findings, repair options, and pricing
REQUIREMENTS:
Journeyman certification or registered Apprentice status (3rd year or higher preferred)
Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism
